SERVICES
Canine Cuddles n’ Care has been in business for over nine years. I provide professional and friendly dog walking services to all breeds and specialize in large/reactive/aggressive dogs. Canine Cuddles n’ Care is licensed, insured & bonded.
1:1 Walks
All of my dog walking services are provided on a “private” basis. This means that I focus our attention on your dog and your dog alone. CCC also practices good walking manners, basic dog training and leadership principles on every walk.
Premium Care
CCC provides the care to ensure your dog is happy and healthy. Other services include: meal time, water refills, medication administration, brushing and play time.
Free Meet n’ Greet
A meet n’ greet to get to know you and your favourite four-legged friend(s). The meet n’ greet allows me to learn about your dog’s routine and to start building trust so they have an enjoyable time with me.
Cuddles, Cuddles & More Cuddles
One of the best ways to reassure your dog while you’re gone is with LOTS of TLC. Chantelle started CCC with the perspective that “If I were to have someone take care of my dogs in my absence, the priority, other than their obvious primary needs, would be to give them cuddles”.
Taxi / Transportation
Have a vet appointment? Need your dog to get to the groomers? No problem! CCC knows it can be difficult to work your dog’s appointment needs around your busy schedule. Not only will I drive your dog to their appointment, I will keep them company the whole time.

MEET CHANTELLE – CANINE CUDDLES N’ CARE OWNER, OPERATOR & PROFESSIONAL DOG WALKER
Hi! My name is Chantelle Marcotte and I am the owner of and professional dog walker at Canine Cuddles n’ Care.
I started out my dog walking business in 2014 while living in Grimsby with my dogs – a Labrador Retriever and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Sadly, Shadow (the Lab) crossed the Rainbow Bridge in September 2015 soon after he turned 13 years old. He is greatly missed but he can now eternally run in the woods and flush out the birds, which he loved. My beloved Darquise (the Staffie) also crossed the Rainbow Bridge in July 2017, one month shy of her 13th birthday. She can forever play fetch with her treasured blue ball. She is missed tremendously.
I currently live in the quaint town of Harriston with Joplin, my beautiful, goofy and ridiculously friendly Dogo Argentino and Ilsa, a feisty calico cat. Ilsa was rescued around 6 weeks old from a construction site in Grimsby.
After working as a Child and Youth Worker for 17 years with street-involved/homeless youth, I decided that I was ready to forge a new path and I knew that it would be with my other passion, which is dogs. I love all animals, but dogs just have the key to my heart. Training my dogs and working with other dogs came very naturally as I was able to transfer many skills from the child and youth field, which hold some of the same type of concepts for guiding growth and behaviour.
I named my dog walking business “Canine Cuddles n’ Care” with careful thought…about my dogs. If I were to have someone take care of and walk my dogs in my absence, the priority, other than their obvious primary needs, would be to give them cuddles. Cuddle-time, or ‘cuddlies’ as I call it, was very important to my dogs, especially my sensitive Staffie.
I know my dog misses me when I am not home, and I know your dogs miss you. I will provide your dog with the same care and love that I give my animal family. That I can guarantee.

Fees are based on the service for one dog. For an additional dog add $5 per dog per service. Prices are subject to HST.
